Received the 2000 Charles E. Petterson Prize for the Stephanie Plantation House Historic American Building Survey (HABS) documentation with 2 students — 4th Place.

Completed HABS documentation grant on the Kent Plantation House in Alexandria, La. — drawings sent to the U.S. Library of Congress

Wrote grant proposal for HABS documentation on the Robin Barn in Arnaudville, La. — Awarded by the La. Dept. of Historic Preservation — this documentation is in progress.

Wrote grant proposal for HABS documentation on the Lejune House in New Roads, La. — Pending.

Wrote grant proposal for the Landscape Master Plan for University of Louisiana @ Lafayette — Louisiana Division of the Arts — not funded.

Wrote grant proposal for the "Alternative Energy Demonstration & Teaching Facility" with Griff Blakewood to the La. Dept of Natural Resources — Awarded $60,344 — work in progress to renovate the Cade Energy Research House.

ARCHITECTURAL PACTICE

Restoration of an 1840's Acadian house (on the National Register of Historic Places) at Lake Martin near Breaux Bridge was published in Southern Accents, December 2000, Cenac Residence.

Restoration of an 1887 bousillage priest house in Church Point for a city museum - Le Vieux Presbytere. Restoration in progress.

Restoration of a two story brick bank on the National Register of Historic Places for a historic museum for Gueydan.

Renovation of a turn of the century (1900) house in Parks, LA.
