USER AND REPRODUCTION POLICIES

 

The Archives of Cajun and Creole Folklore welcome patrons to come and visit our facilties. Listening stations are set up to allow direct access to all materials that have been catalogued. Expected turnaround time for requests is two weeks; however, some records may need more time to process if there is no intermediate recording or to secure permission from an outside source.  Please limit requests to fifteen (15) per order. 

Fee Schedule:  Audio- $20 (if intermediate exists) / $50 (if no intermediate exists)
                       Video- $40 (if intermediate exists) / $80 (if no intermediate exists)

Advance payment by check or money order (payable to the Archives of Cajun and Creole Folklore) is required.  Please contact archivist directly for rush orders.
